This place is very safe to live. I am a woman who lives with my fiance and I never feel scared if I have to be there alone late at night or even during the day. The neighbors are friendly, or at least NOT loud and annoying. Management is nice to you if you are nice to them. New employees for management have come in that are much more friendly than previous employees. Plenty of parking and rooms are furnished, which is great if you (like us when we started out) have no furniture. The only downside is there are no large pets (cats and dogs) allowed, but it's definitely worth it for the value and the security.
