A good choice for the money

I have always felt safe here and have not had any problems getting maintenance issues fixed promptly. There are occasional noise problems however when I said something it was addressed and the noise stopped (the office evicted the people). The management does not put up with bad behavior and my experience is that when a problem is made aware to them they handle it immediately.
