I was satisfied during my stay at Westgrove Tower. It's on an NC state bus route which is free and open to the general public. The cleaning crew does a good job of keeping the hallways, parking lot and common areas clean. The place is quiet and the property manager and office workers are helpful and friendly. The building is next to K-Mart and Wachovia Bank, and Blue Ridge Theatre which shows movies for $1.50, but I did not visit the Theatre. I am a fresh air freak and was a bit unhappy that the windows are not meant to be open, however I think they can be opened by the maintainance person upon request.
