I was there for almost 1 1/2 years and I met a lot of good people living there and never had any major problems. Great location, close to shopping, walking distance to fairgrounds, and next door to $1.50 cinemas. Also felt the parking lot was well lit and secure as I never had any problem with my car. Bringing groceries up 10 flights and not having wireless beyond the 4th floor was only minus. Although wireless is available at the lounge area. The fitness area had enough to get a good workout and I used it many times. All in all I would highly recommend it.
