| we came from a schrader rental to whitaker park. our son had gotten lead poisoning at the previous location. epa came out and checked our apt. within 2 weeks we had new windows and door ways. yes, things go south ... more | ||||||||||||

| While this is a great location, it's basically living in the slums. Maintenance is spotty, at best, and the neighbors are not exactly top-notch. I agree with a previous writer....spend a little more money... | ||||||||||||
