Very nice setup, some bad points

2 full bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 1 pet (cat) $715 per month.
Deposit: $150
Cat: $150 to deposit $150 non refundable pet dep
No rent until feb (moved in dec).
Parking:
Decent. You get 1 parking spot per apartment no matter how many live there, however they have an insane number of unmarked spots all over the place. I have yet to have trouble parking.
Pets:
They love pets! They hope you bring them. There is $150 non refundable deposit PLUS an additional $150 added to your deposit for animals up to 50lbs. Above that it's a hefty add on to the deposit.
Staff:
They are friendly kinds, say hi to you on the street. They LIVE on site (normal employees do) and they really know the apartments. They quickly make sure everything is in order and if you have any problems call them. 24/7 maintanence so don't worry about that.
Apartments:
Clean and if not they fix it QUICK. The lady in charge is the boss you don't want to dissappoint. There were stains in the rug the day of move in. They were cleaned and gone inless than 6 hours.
Very well designed apartments. There are cement slabs between apartments so you don't hear your neighbor's TV or other stuff. The porches are screened in and lighted with storage.
All appliances are nice, clean and working well. The only bad thing about this apartment complex is the wacked up setup for the mail boxes. My mail box is down the street from my apartment with no path to it. There is a mailbox stand 50 feet from my apartment but I have to work 500 feet to mine.
