I have lived in Wildwoods for a year and I am moving out at the end of this lease. At first, these apartments seem amazing. The porches are huge, they are close to crossroads, the beltline, campus, and lake johnson. The price is just right. The parking sucks, for a three bedroom apartment you only get one assigned parking spot. My roommates and I constantly have trouble finding a spot near our building and when it gets really bad you can't even park on your street, you have to go up to the next one and walk. They have claimed to be clearing trees for more parking but made this claim last year when we moved in. They just put out another notice stating the same thing. There are constant bug problems. Roaches and ants are always running around the apartment. Lizards get inside and we also had a bat flying around inside our apartment somehow. The people in the office are nice until there is a problem, then things turn bitchy. There are constant break ins to cars, seems like they happen monthly. The walls are thin and the stairs are very loud and creaky. I can always hear the people living above me walking around. I would not reccomend living here.

It sounds like the appartment was in the woods... Was that not obvious from the name and all the trees, or was it just not clear that other things in nature are drawn to the woods?
