Great Staff Less than great owners

Wild Woods has a great staff! They by far out class the ownership of this property. It seems like the tenant is the last person to be inconvenienced by the staff but last on the mind of the owners. Repairs that involve money are delayed if they are ever done. The arbors over the walkways seem nice at first but in the summer bees like them and most of the year you get cobwebs in your face. The other problem is the wooden stairs. If you sleep in the bedroom next to the stairs you will get up with the first person going out in the morning. It is overall a nice place with reasonable rent, very dog-friendly tenants, a great maintenance department, and an A manager. Unfortunately the ownership seems to be less interested in the people that live there and seem to have the attitude: Go ahead, move out. Someone else will move in. It would be fine for short term only!
