I lived at WildWoods for almost 3 years; 2 years with 2 roommates in a 3BR, 1 year in a 1BR by myself. I only moved out b/c I got engaged and moved in with my fiance. I loved living there. The screened porch was so nice, the trees and lake made it feel like we were living in the country, but there's so much nearby with Crossroads and 1-40 and the Beltline so close. Yes, the buildings are a little older, but they're well-built and very well-maintained. The HUGE pool was always a lot of fun, too. Overall, a very positive experience.
Recently, I've had to contact WildWoods for verification documentation of my former address, and even 7 years later the office staff remembered me, and Sandra has bent over backwards to provide me the documentation I need.

I agree. I lived there from 2005-2006 and it was great. I saw in the news that the building I lifed in (1201 Trillium Circle) was heavily damaged in a fire last year. Very sorry to hear that, but looking at the new Google Street View, you can see they are rebuilding it. That's cool.
