Coming Back - I lived at Duraleigh Woods about a year ago and I couldn't have been happier. The office staff is one of the best I have seen (Michael this is a shout out to you). Older complex, but nice place to start - We are going on our second year here at Governors Point. We really have not had any major complaints about the complex. RUN!!! HORRIBLE APT. I Stayed here for 9months, horrible experience. Management is not responsive to requests, stairs in the buildings are nasty. Would not recommend to anyone. Looks good from the outside until you sign the lease, then everything goes down from there.

Im sad to leave I have lived here for 3 years and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff is awesome and easy to talk to. The only reason I am moving is because of work, I highly recommend living here. The pool is a great place to meet neighbors in the summer and there is anyways something going

Centennial Village I recently relocated from the north down here to Raleigh at the beginning of August. I moved into Centennial Village. Very nice location. There were minor issues and I had to call in some work orders which they resolved in a day or so. So far I am satisfied here!!

Great Experience at Centennial Ridge Apartments I lived at Centennial Ridge for two years and had a positive experience. Actually, I hated to move. The new management is very caring! The apartments are large and are a great deal with utilities included.
