This property stinks! Whatever you do, don't rent one of these. Our unit had black mold and no one cared enough to check on it. We are in the process of filing court papers at this time. If I can keep anyone else from this aggravation, I will feel successful.

Garbage and rodents all around the trash dumpster I have to compact the dumpster 3 times per day on weekends because management will not do it. the garbage falls all over the ground and has been left there for months, since the new management took over. It is also left to run all over around

Love it! I love my new apartment! Close to 540 so it's easy to get to work. Much nicer than my last place. Last week I was resident of the week and got a gift while I was at work. That was fun! If your looking for a good place you should check this one out.

I moved out after a year You can have problems heating the apartment because of poor insulation. The management is very nice when they are trying to get you to rent the apartment but aren't worth much after that. Serious issues with MOLD around windows in apartment and laundry room. Assigned
