Gardens at Wynslow Park

4211 Fox Road, Raleigh, NC 27616

07/15/14 by anonymous: These are definitely not luxury apartments. They are clean and maintained; however, the apartments are filled with the cheapest features available. The maintenance staff is great. Anytime we had an issue, they fixed is promptly. The dog park is a great size if you have a larger dog, but I typically spent the whole time I was out with my pup cleaning up after other people's pets. The management more

Northridge Crossings

2901 Calliope Way, Raleigh, NC 27616

07/19/14 by Verified Resident: The staff is very nice and the community is fairly clean. The appliances and cabinets in the units are very old and outdated. it would be nice if they would start to remodel the units. The community seems fairly quiet so far. The unit was clean when I moved in. more

Auston Grove Apartments

1160 Auston Grove Drive, Raleigh, NC 27610

05/17/14 by ptcfast2: I'll be honest, most apartment complexes are a mixed bag when it comes to the total package. Auston Grove however is far from the norm. The office staff is probably the most engaging and friendly group of people I've ever encountered at an apartment complex. They genuinely care about any issues you might have. Maintenance could be a bit better (these apartments are about 10 years old more

Camden Asbury Village

841 Handsworth Lane, Raleigh, NC 27607

02/18/14 by praetorian81: My wife and I have lived here for about 1.5 years after moving from the Philadelphia area. Initially we were happy with the apartment, but noise, neighbors, and management hiking up our rates, has led to the current overall rating. -----, the supposed assistant manager, is about as useful as a case of the crabs. The district general manager doesn't return phone calls more

Cedar Springs

5500 Reunion Point, Raleigh, NC 27609

05/27/14 by ShawninRaleigh: I just signed up for my second year lease with Cedar Springs this afternoon. I like this place for the following reasons: a. The price is good regarding the overall quality of room design, complex environment and facilities. b. You can get wonderful management service. After hunting for almost all the other complex around this area , I think the staff at Cedar Springs are the BEST! Sarah and more

The Tribute Apartments

1300 Tribute Center Drive, Raleigh, NC 27612

07/15/14 by NoahS2920: The Tribute was home for me for almost two years. The amenities from the gym, to the game room to the pool are top notch. The staff is always friendly and while issues do arise from time to time, they're willing to assist any way they can. The concierge Candace was one of the most pleasant and helpful people I've ever run across! Best of luck to all the friendly staff! more

Inman Park Apartments

2105 Sheltonham Way, Raleigh, NC 27612

02/21/14 by j.gal08: My fiance and I just moved out because we purchased a town house. We loveded living at Inman Park. The location was awesome, close to Crabtree, 440, and North Hills. The maintenance team was great, whenever we called in an issue it was fixed immediately. Everyone in the office knew our name and was always pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed walking on the greenway with our dog. more

Autumn Pointe Apartments (formerly Gresham Park Apartments)

3401 Bremer Hall Court, Raleigh, NC 27615

07/25/14 by anonymous: The apartment we were living in had mold, it was; however, spacious and well laid out. The appliances are dated and honestly the cost is not worth the location or the appearance appeal. It is a fairly safe apartment complex that has gate access and towing of cars which are not authorized to park within the complex grounds. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all requests, but once more

Links Apartments

2805 Par Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603

06/30/14 by anonymous: I lived here in a 1bed 1 bath 1st floor unit for 2 years. Overall my experience was good. I won't post anything about neighbors, that's always a risk you take when you have shared walls, grounds, parking lot, etc. I had no neighbor issues. The apartment layout is nice, plenty of closet space for me. Nice cabinet storage in the kitchen. Appliances are somewhat new (I'd guess early more

Courtney Estates

7920 Oak Estate Street, Raleigh, NC 27617

04/29/14 by Fedup1128: I have lived here since 2011. Originally i loved living here, but this past year has been horrible. The community is no longer kid friendly and the amenities are no longer a plus for this community. The gym needs to be updated, the basketball court is constantly flooded with trespassers, and the bathrooms in the gym are nasty. The management is horrible and cater to a certain more
