Good place to live and good location. My upstairs neighbors had parties from time to time but nothing crazy and usually was done by 11pm. They are upgrading the landscaping right now and have painted recently. They have also added onto the gym.

Been here less than the full year on my lease...it's very noisy. Landscaping and maintenance starting at 7am to 8am, often on week Sat and Sun mornings too.
They got a lot of new office staff...I guess based on these other reviews that's got to probably be a good thing.
