Northridge Crossings

2901 Calliope Way, Raleigh, NC 27616

09/06/14 by Emeraldlily05: I haven't lived at Northridge very long, but from what I have experienced so far, its been great. The office staff are extremely nice and helpful. All maintenance requests have been handled fast and the maintenance staff are great. They even brought my packages in for me the one day they came out. It seems like a quiet and safe community. more

Cedar Springs

5500 Reunion Point, Raleigh, NC 27609

09/30/14 by sconcra: Cedar Springs was a quiet, nice place to live. The office staff were VERY helpful on everything that I needed while I lived there, and maintenance took care of everything very quickly. I lived in a one-bedroom apartment, and it was spacious. I like how it consisted of different rooms, and was not just one, big open space. more

Gardens at Wynslow Park

4211 Fox Road, Raleigh, NC 27616

07/15/14 by anonymous: These are definitely not luxury apartments. They are clean and maintained; however, the apartments are filled with the cheapest features available. The maintenance staff is great. Anytime we had an issue, they fixed is promptly. The dog park is a great size if you have a larger dog, but I typically spent the whole time I was out with my pup cleaning up after other people's pets. The management more

Camden Asbury Village

841 Handsworth Lane, Raleigh, NC 27607

02/18/14 by praetorian81: My wife and I have lived here for about 1.5 years after moving from the Philadelphia area. Initially we were happy with the apartment, but noise, neighbors, and management hiking up our rates, has led to the current overall rating. -----, the supposed assistant manager, is about as useful as a case of the crabs. The district general manager doesn't return phone calls more

09/29/14 by Verified Resident: Great staff!!! Lindsey was with us from start to finish and did an excellent job. We had a seamless transition and she had a lot to do with that, thanks Lindsey!! We dealt with Amanda some also and she was very professional and helped us out too! more

The Tribute Apartments

1300 Tribute Center Drive, Raleigh, NC 27612

09/14/14 by Jreidnc: I've lived here for 2 months, so I haven't gotten a chance to fully enjoy it, but I think I've gotten a good taste of it. The pros are that it's got a modern feel, not just the amenities but also how they run things, from paying rent online and a Facebook type application for residents to having food trucks and resident events. The gym, the pool, the clubhouse - couldn't more

927 West Morgan

927 West Morgan Street, Raleigh, NC 27603

10/01/14 by janelle9845: I moved to Raleigh a few months ago and chose 927 West Morgan because of its affordable price, convenient location, and awesome amenities. I have been extremely happy with 927 for all of these reasons and more. You really can't beat this price for how close it is to downtown, no more than a $5 cab ride! The pool and courtyard area is probably my favorite feature of 927. There are multiple more

Autumn Pointe Apartments (formerly Gresham Park Apartments)

3401 Bremer Hall Court, Raleigh, NC 27615

07/25/14 by anonymous: The apartment we were living in had mold, it was; however, spacious and well laid out. The appliances are dated and honestly the cost is not worth the location or the appearance appeal. It is a fairly safe apartment complex that has gate access and towing of cars which are not authorized to park within the complex grounds. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all requests, but once more

The Preserve at Brier Creek (formerly Caswyck Brier Creek)

8400 Brass Mill Lane, Raleigh, NC 27617

09/29/14 by Verified Resident: I moved here from Florida. Didn't really know the area but was told to check out Brier Creek. Been here 4 years now and I love it. Quiet, clean and pretty. I can get to RTP in 10 minutes. Looked at a few apts in Brier Creek but for the space and look of the apt I decided on here. Have been very happy. Only wish the trash compactor wasn't so far away. But the free car washing station is a plus. The more

1160 Auston Grove Drive, Raleigh, NC 27610

09/05/14 by anonymous: I live here the rent is high - I had company come over the other day and they told me their was trash at the entrance apartments it's one thing for me to see it but my company that's just embarrassing - the management is ok but Tiffany always has an attitude and when u call with an issue that you previous spoke with her about she's not in or she's running late - the list goes more
