Very good apartment complex. Stay with my company so I see alot of places. North side of creek is quiet. One BR was well layed out and nice furnishings in kitchen. Grounds are designed well, clean and well maintained. Office is good and they were fair, polite and honest. Stayed Trinity

I was trying to save... I was trying to save some money so I moved into Arbor Creek...the only thing I can say good is when you report a maintenance issue the maintenance crew gets right on it..however the office staff is terrible..they never answer the phone and never return voicemails..the walls

please do not move here this is not a nice place to lout and the apartment has bugs the service is slow you have to wait days before some on comes to fix the problem the apartment is old with old cabinets not a save place to live a lot of break in .

This place sucks! They power washed every floor but the 3rd, you smell your neighbors (downstairs) food when they cook, and when you complain they don't get back to you. I wish i could put a scratch and sniff on here to show how my apt smells 3 out of 7 days a week. I do not recommend

Place is a s...hole!!! Girls in the office are rude. Especially --------------------- lady. But only after you sign the lease. Had major bug issues, loud neighbors and the police are there a lot. Shaddy people driving around. Place is a dump with new paint.
