I have to respond to the ongoing slanderous and defamatory "opinions" that continue to be submitted on this site against Colony Square. Rocky Mount,at this writing, only has a TOTAL of 34 reviews for all the apartment communities in this area. Of this 34, 28 have been submitted pertaining to Colony Square. Obviously, this property has been targeted by a disgruntled, to describe them kindly, person who has a vendetta against myself and this property. For anyone reading these reviews, note the crass and abrasive style of writing, as well as the immature name calling. Constructive and honest criticism is always appropriate. Harrassment is not. For anyone needing a rental home in this area, please give myself and my competent and professional staff an opportunity to prove ourselves.
