It's not only one disgruntled

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Unless this ONE disgruntled person has 20 e-mail addresses the procedure the management speaks of would be impossible. I lived in this place and it is bad. I think all people should judge for themselves and make their own decissions. But I will never recommend this place to a friend. Be careful here.
