This place isn't the worst BUT for the $$ this place is not worth it. Dirty, bugs, lizards, rodents, etc. all inside and out. The grounds look nice. It's close to everything BUT again you would expect to be treated better by the people running the place for the cash you pay. The appliances are old, most don't work or work for a month or 2 and then die. Complaints lead to threats of being thrown out, unanswered calls, and poor treatment in general by the staff. Only rent here if you have to.
