I have lived at this complex for two years. I have noticed recently the terrible reviews on this site and thought it necessary to make a comment. I am appalled at the remarks that have been made about the place I call home. I have recieved fair treatment from the office staff and have always had my maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. Of course there are going to be appliances that stop working, toilets that run, etc. That is to be expected in any home. Any time I have needed repairs done, Donna and Shannon see to it that the job is done quickly and efficiently. I have spoken with many people that live at Colony Square throughout my two years of living here, and I have not heard anyone speak of the complex in the manner some of the previous reviews have been written.

Colony Square is the nicest apartment complex in Rocky Mount and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment to call home.
