WOW, This is nuts. No one in their right mind would say this is a decent place to live. To be fair it has only a few bugs and OK landscaping. But beyond that this place is run down, old, need repairs on appliances, roofs, doors, etc. The last review said they hadn't heard anything bad. Well, now it's time for the residents to speak. Our committee (Colony Square residents) meet occassionally to vent and try and get things done. It was started 2000 or 2001 by residents that were sick of the unfair treatment and as they moved on and out we kept it going. Hopefully more from the group will write.
