This is another case of management not having a clue about their tenants. The meetings are still going on and the people who attend them are unhappy some old and some new. This place looks pretty but the staff paint over any noticeable leaks, cover up holes (poorly) and cover up their laziness by looking very busy when the "right" people are around.
