Rude Owner, Bad Management

The owner is rude and obnoxious. Response time is slow and repair work is sloppy. The price is too much and each time you are due to renew your lease, the rate will increase. Apartments built in 1987 and in need of major overhall. Some repainting done on exterior walls. Owner refuses to have paint splatters removed from doors, windows and screens. Exercise equipment and tanning beds are old and out dated. Verbal complaints are heard, nothing happens. Written complaints are responded to negatively. If you can afford to buy a house instead, do it. The price is the same and with a house, at least you get the tax break.
