I have seen bad places but this management is down right mean and evil. One of the pretiest townhouses here had a beautiful flowergarden-she and her son did it almost everyday. While she was out of town due to an extemely ill grandmother (who gave her some of the flowers) she came back to find all the flowers ripped up. Just terrible. management took no responsibility for this. She cried the whole night.
