The townhome in question, documented by neighbors, had a bed of untended weeds and dead flowers and a "tacky" plastic fence that was leaning over. As this poor condition is not typical of the rest of Colony Square grounds, management, after giving proper notice, had the landscaping staff tidy the area, much to the apprectiaion of everyone. It is a shame that vindictive people use this website to vent unfounded frustrations.
