I have to add my 2 cents in here. I think management is being very unfair to it's tenents. For the past few months that my family has been here the townhouse in question has looked beautiful and the first time it is slightly unkept (because the tenents had to rush out of town), they have their garden ripped apart. The rest of the grounds looked terrible and this townhouse was singled out (for whatever the reason). I think the management was unfair to this tenent though this seems to be the way they work often.
