I'm siding with the tenants. I hear great things from management about this CS and then move in a few months ago and 90% were untruths. This is not a place you want to live. They mow occasionally, answer complaints when they want and with an attitude. One of the management staff believes because she's been here so long she's above everyone else here. Unfortunately it is true that she is unprofessional and rude. People are moving in and out of CS quickly and I can see why. This is supposed to be a luxury complex and it is far from luxury in it's treatment of it's tenants.
