I have little contact with the office so I would not be considered to be a "favorite resident". I have found management to be fair and timely in their response to maintenance as well as customer service. The grounds are always beautifly kept up and I am very happy where I am at. I would recommend Colony Square Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the Rocky Mount area.
