Yes, this is the pitt of Rocky Mount. Break ins all the time. The Manager's husband equipment is in parking spaces. The neighbors do NOT watch their children. Some guy walked up to me and asked would I like to get some weed. You could hear less in a paper house. Their only change the filters every three months. Car alarms go off at all hours of the night. The camaras don't work. I was followed from the store one night by three men to my apartment. I locked my doors and rolled my windows up as they pulled up behind me. They drove around the apartment complex until I called the cops. It's a nightmare!!
