	Maintance is horrible. They never want to fix anything and when they do they complain. You can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the next apartment. You only have one parking space so if you have more than one ... more

	Walls are paper thin. you can hear everything your neighbor is thinking! The landlord is not nice. Dirty apartments. Only one parking space per apartment. Many times other will take your parking space.
