IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING AN APARTMENT FROM JEFFRIES COVE DON'T DO IT. FIRST OF ALL NASHCOMBE REALTY SUCKS. THE APARTMENT MANAGER OUT THERE IS SORRY AS WELL. SHE DOESN'T GET THE APARTMENTS PAINTED OR MAINTENANCED LIKE SHE SHOULD AND SHE WOULD PUT YOU IN ANY APARTMENT KNOW THE FAULTS IN IT AND DOESN'T EVEN CARE. THERE IS NO POOL OUT THERE AND THE PLAYGROUND FOR THE KIDS IS HAZARDOUS. ALL THE EQUIPMENT IS OLD AND RUSTED ITS JUST HORRIBLE. I'VE BEEN A TENANT FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND I AM GETTING THE HELL UP OUT OF THERE ASAP. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY. DON'T CONSIDER IT!!!
