I am a current tenant at Jeffries Cove and I have been for 5 yrs. I mustsay that since we have got a new manager the place has been running a lot smoother than it was but I still would say that if you can get approved elsewhere then do it. although the place is very spacious it is very poor insulated and the service as far as getting new paint and carpet is getting worse. ( u can't get it unless u pay) the basic maintenance is good though. I havent had any major problems with Nashcombe Realty or the staff at the apartments. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
