Excellent Apartments. This is a very nice place to live, and one of the Safer Places in Rocky Mount. The Staff are courteous and helpful, and the amenities are quite nice. I would Highly Recommend these apartments to anyone looking at a place in Rocky Mount. The only negative aspect would be the Utility Rates. The City of Rocky Mount runs the Electric Company, and the rates are very, very high. Thus, the electric bill can be more expensive than if you live outside of the City Limits.
