Mid-Grade Apartment

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
Moved in because I was able to rent the place with furniture, it is within walking distance of a grocery store, a few restaurants, the bank, the movie theatre and the mall. Very near US 301 and Hwy 64. About 10 minutes from I-95.
Apartment I rent is 1100 square feet. Dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, full-sized stove.
Walk-in closet in main bedroom. Plenty of closet space in all areas. Attached storage building on 3' x 9' patio.
Eight units per building, four on each side of the breezeway/stairs.
Not the nicest apartment I've ever rented but sufficient until I buy a house.
