I moved here a little over a year ago and during the first six months or so I was satisfied with the complex. But a few months back new management came in and I started noticing some changes. They did come off very nice at first but they wanted to change EVERYTHING. First the rates go up. Tiffany Square used to be known as roomy and affordable but they bumped rent up. We only had to pay 11 dollars more but new comers will pay 50 dollars more. They are currently re-painting and it probably needed it but the painting company they hired is leaving equipment out and not cleaning up after themselves. We've already had to change a tire on my car because of the hundreds of nails all over the parking lot. The paint job looks messy and carried out with laziness. The new Property Manager is always leaving notes on all of our doors via TAPE, some of wich have contained our personal information regarding are financial business with this new company. Children do come and pull our letters/brochures right off of the doors so you can imagine that some tenants don't receive every vital peices of information if management chooses to do tape "a letter on door" method. Now, besides the new management team, the neighborhood itself is going down hill in my opinion. I have called the police MULTIPLE times regarding people being loud and partying all hours of the night. I've noticed an increase of "junky" cars in the vacinity (no tags, no tires, ect.). The children on MY side of the complex can do anything they want. I did see an young MAN urinate on the tire of some car out in plain daylight. People play LOUD obscene music at any and all hours. They do not care that my 4 y/o and myself might would like to enjoy a walk but we have to listen to distasteful music that children shouldn't be exposed to period. I lived here with my mom along time ago and I never remembered it being like this. Now the people below my apartment grill out every warm night and blare their choice of music, yell at there kids, kids yelling back at them, noisy music with NO regard for the others around them. It has dissappointed me these past few months. Hoping for things to get better but I don't have time wait, I 'll will be leaving soon. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

This is ApartmentRatings.com not NeighborRating.com. All of your complaints are about your neighbors and what they are doing with their lives. I don't know any apartment complex that tells people to stop yelling at their kids or what type of music to listen to... Not everyone that lives in an apartment will fit your standard of never grilling when it's warm or listening to music quietly. You don't explain anything about the apartment itself, except the rent increase. Your review did nothing to change my mind about moving into this apartment complex. I only hope to never bump into you!
