My stay here at Wellongate was a disaster. Every since I have been living out here, I have had nothing but problems with things such as leaking ceilings and no heat in the winter time. Mantenence were always late to get here to fix things and because of this, I have had personal property damaged. Then rent went up each year and we was not told this when we first moved here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
