Having lived here for 22 plus years, I recommend Wellongate highly. It is a good place for older/senior citizens to live in safety. Security is maintained by well lit parking lots, and a security officer living on the premises. Parking places are assigned to each apartment -- towing is enforced for violators. The lease is enforced and those who disturb the peace are evicted. Although the buildings are not modern, they are maintained and clean. Appliances are replaced when they break down. A maintenance staff is available for emergencies 24-hours daily. Management is friendly and caring for the needs of the tenants.
