I moved in September 2006 and I am still here. I wish I was not though. I have had the worst problems with this complex since day one.

After only a week there, my water line in the bathroom broke and I had water everywhere. It happened on a friday, I had to use my towels and the only thing I had to soak up the water... cause the maintenance worked only brought over hand towels, was my down comforter, they did not reimburse me for it, and I was told if I used my stuff to clean up, I would get it back... we wrong... it also took them days to get it cleaned, and they never cleaned my carpet, just dryed it. Carpet and apartment have not been right since.

I have had hot water issues to, it took around 10 trips and many months to get it right... it finally took him to the point of just putting in a new water heater to fix it. It was not a loose wire, not a bad thermometer, or bad elements... it was just a bad water heater.

I have complained about security on the property since people have been getting broken into and damaged overnight... they don't do anything to fix lighting situations. I think this in itself is just horrible.

You camplain about neighbors, they do nothing... NOTHING. We are in the process of looking to move, I can't wait to get out of this place... and if you deal with the guy with two collies... he is a pervet and peeps through windows, watch out for him.

Also, don't deal with Joanne or Teresa in the office, just call Ferebee Property office ot get your stuff done and done right.
