If you don't mind driving and walking through three inch deep water in the parking lot, garbage piled up outside of neighbors doors, loud cars driving through all night(spinning tires and stereo volume) and neighbors with dogs that bark all the time this will be the place for you.
This does not lessen the pleasure of kids in the parking lot (which leaves no parking for residents) partying late at night, or the lack of any lighting at the mailboxes(a safety concern), or cars broken into(no security).
And the problem getting in and out of the complex with traffic construction at the only entrance.
