I have lived at Woodland Creek Apartments since they opened in May of 2002. I decided to live off campus when attending college in Salisbury and for 4 years I never once doubted my decision. Woodland Creek is a very quiet, well maintained property and safe. One nice thing about the Management and Maintenance Staff is that I never had to worry about anything. Management always had its act together and was committed to always helping myself and other residents. The Maintenance Staff was always prompt and quick whenever I had a problem that needed to be fixed. Parking has never really been an issue, I have never not had a spot. Safety at this property is a big thing. Woodland Creek is 100% completely lite up at night. There are street pole lamps, breeze-ways and porch/balcony lights. Before choosing an apartment I had searched around and looked for what I thought was the best apartment overall, looking at the features and amenities offered versus the price. Woodland Creek was by far the BEST! There are alot of places that charged more money per month and didn't offer near the features Woodland Creek does. Another thing is that Woodland Creek doesn't hide anything from you. From the moment you step foot on the property they are true to you about everything. They will tell you what is involved in every process from the application up to moving in and more. I don't know if I will ever say enough good about Woodland Creek Apartments. I feel they were the best choice of living I ever made. I plan to continue living at Woodland Creek and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asked.

Are these pictures from the apartment brochure or Phillips Managements web site? They sure are not current. The highway entrance is nothing like in the picture for the past three years. just for anyone who really wants to view the website. It is not shut down and yes those are older pics of the property, but if you came out to Woodland Creek you would see it is even nicer now than it was 3 years ago. You know I really feel sorry for people that have nothing better else to do than to write negative responses about an apartment complex. If you didn't like Woodland Creek and you have moved on, then get over it and quit trashing one of the nicest properties in town. And furthermore, if you can't say who you are then quit posting anonymously your not much of an adult if you can't even show your username.

I agree with this person these pictures are not up to date cause there are construction there now it is a mess don't know who this person is but the manager must be paying alot of people to write good comments on here cause some of these are not true at all or either they are her best firends which she does have favorites and treats them better than the other ones.She does not charge certain people for things and charges other people more to make up the difference. I have heard alot of people complain about that.So she really does what she wants and home office let her get by with it.Managment hides alot you just know what she hides.I hate you believe everything she says.
