I was ok for the first week of living in woodland, then everything went to the crapper. My neighbor was a chain smoker who thought the patio was the only place to smoke. my entire apartment smelt like the inside of a bar. not to mention the slamming of the door. complaints go unanswered because the landlord has favorites and if you aren't one of them , you're out of luck. the pool has no seating or room for you to bring your own chair. no one is very friendly and the firing range in the background can get annoying. i would NOT recomend living there unless you are missing all five of your senses. NOT TO MENTION they charge you 120 bucks to clean a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT.

I don't know who you are and where you lived, but you are so wrong! Even if your neighbor did smoke on his or her patio all the time, your apartment would not smell like smoke unless it was you who was smoking. My neighbor is a smoker and I can't even tell when he is smoking. The patios are way far enough apart the smoke doesn't even make it that far. Oh and as for the complaints, I nor my friends who live at Woodland Creek have never had a complaint go unanswered. There has always been a resolution to the problem. The landlord in Phillips Management Group in Greensboro, NC. They can't have favorites, they don't work here. The manager has worked here since day one of the property, hense why Woodland Creek is a very successful property. She is also a very unbias person. She treats everyone the same, whether you are her friend or not. And as for the charges, if you had ever read the policies/regulations and charges form you signed with your lease then you would understand the charges you got. They should not have come as a surprise to you. You really should not be so negative about stuff and next time make sure your facts are straight.

You know I don't know who you are but you really must be a very good friend of the Management or either she is paying you to say good things. Well she don't need to be working there cause she sure does have favorites that is for sure. And as for the Charges she charges what she wants that is for sure and i am not the only one thinks that. Well you know this person facts might be right and yours could be wrong.

I can't believe people just like to trash other properties and their managers. Good grief, the charges that she has to charge are forth set by the company and are also on your lease forms (if you read that). Also, she is allowed to have friends just like you and I but I know for a fact that she treats everyone with the upmost respect and doesn't have time to have favorites as you people call it. You don't even pay her the rent you mail it off. I have had 2 nsf checks not by choice but I can't write personal checks for my account and I am not mad. It's policy. I still like her and yes she is still nice to me also. I just wish people would get their facts right before trashing people that they really don't even know.

It is obvious the manage frequently posts in response to the reviews. I mean why would another reviewer take things so seriously as is the reviews were based on them. I totally agree with the original review. THE MANAGEMENT DOES PLAY FAVORITES. EVERYONE KNOWS AFTER A SHORT TIME OF LIVING HERE. IT SEEMS AS IF THE MANAGMENT PLACES FAKE REVIEWS AND RESPONSES TO SAVE THEIR BEHIND. VERY IMMATURE
