I have lived here for a year and I have never been happier. The management is great. The maintenance team is great. The property is well kept -- neat and clean. I am in the process of transferring to another apartment and I have been helped beyond my expectations. The property manager is polite, courteous and very helpful. The pool area is adequate. There is plenty of room for chairs and there are some chairs provided by the property. A lot of residents I have talked with are very satisfied with the property and the management. I do not see how anyone can have anything negative to say about the way this property is managed, unless they have an ax to grind. My daddy always told me, where there is smoke there is fire.

What pool space? If you lay on the deck your feet are in the pool. And the chairs? Are you referring to the two chairs that are ALWAYS taken by the same people who lay out all day long? You Daddy obviously don't know the management staff---what staff? I only delt with one person and she was NOT any of the nice things you mentioned above. I do believe she might have been the one to write that comment above after all the truthful responces from unhappy tennents were posted.

I agree what pool space There are not any chairs out there you have to bring your own and carry it back and forth. I agree what management staff, There is not a staff, there are alot of unhappy tennents because of her is what i hear.I believe if new staff would come in there might be happy tennents there.
