Extremely rude management horrible parking and bad trash smell

The neighbors are very loud. They like to blare their music outside in the parking lot. When you complain nothing gets done. Also the place is ridden with cockroaches and ants. Usually nothing but an excuse is given when a complaint is called in. Then nothing ever happens. No spraying... cleaning. Parking is horrible and whenever it rains it pools everywhere in the parking lot. The neighbors also throw their food and stuff outside in the parking lot and nothing ever gets done about this. Hence the ants and roaches. The management is very rude... some man and woman that always answers the phone in the office. I have seen reviews where this is the best apartment in salisbury.... THAT IS NOT TRUE.... I WOULD HAVE TO SAY IT IS THE WORSE.....I can't wait to move
