I have lived here for three years and initially the insect problem wasn't so bad. It has gotten worse every year. Every complaint called in to the office usually ends up not answered. The management usually answers with an excuse then offer no remedy. The parking is pretty good. Most of the neighbors are pretty good and quiet. There are some that like to go out and hang out in the parking lot and blare their music yell up to their friends in the apartments from their cars and honk their horns. I have complained about the loud neighbors several times but it seems to never stop them from being loud. While maintenance is very pleasant here. The management is very lousy. Usually complaints or even just questions are met with attitudes from both some woman during the week and a young man on the weekends in the office whenever you visit or call.
