Good Price/Good view - I like this community and have called it home for several years now. We LOVE Woodland Creek We have been living here after moving from PA. Going from a house to an apartment was scary, but we have felt right at home here. It is peaceful and quiet. The grounds are clean and most importantly we have always felt safe here. We will be moving into a brand new house

Bad location in town. Packed Parking and High Rent Prices. Located on Highway 70 where they are putting up more stoplights and there is non-stop road work. Parking Lot has really small spaces and it is usually full around 6:00 pm when I get home so I have to walk a long ways to my door. Water

Extremely rude management horrible parking and bad trash smell The neighbors are very loud. They like to blare their music outside in the parking lot. When you complain nothing gets done. Also the place is ridden with cockroaches and ants. Usually nothing but an excuse is given when a complaint
