| 05/28/2009 | Do not rent from this place even if it is the last place to rent from. You will get screwed. I sent my final water bill to the place they have as "administrator" over the water, and they sent it back to me. I asked what it was for and the office manager said it was for a refund of what I overpaid. Okay, fine. Then, the district manager comes in and calls me and asks about my final water bill payment.
