Very well managed complex.

Rules are enforced, garbage is picked up and not allowed to accumulate like other complexes, maintenance responds quickly to resolve issues, and really very quiet for a complex of this size.

Maintenance is very accessable on weekends as well as weekdays.

The office management was really the deciding factor when I was choosing the apartment.

Very professional, friendly and forthcoming.

Apartment is clean and well maintained.

I would highly recommend Marion Ridge.
