Great apartment community. Office staff and maintenance staff always stay on top of things. The floor plan is very open and airy. Work order are always completed in an excellent time frame. Many activities going on for the children. Management is fair to all residents and enforces the rules. I feel safe here and plan to stay several more years. Atmosphere here is great. Marion Ridge truly does show apprecation to their tenants.
