Mediocre Tony is a wonderful maintenance man. Very nice, very respectful. The office manager/landlord or whatever she wants to call herself ins't nice at all. Very rude and nosy. Not a pleasant experience walking in the door. Dread it every month. Walls are super thin so you can hear noise

Awesome Place to Live Tony is always on top of maintenance issue and usually fixes any issues within hours of calling it in. Office staff is great and always makes me feel welcome when I come into the office.

TERRIBLE Do not waste your time renting from this place. The maintance man and landlord are not professional. When you call to get something fix they come when they want to. They are VERY rude and disrespectful. You are better off moving to delta park are marion ridge.

Not as good as it seems I lived here for a year, and it is not all it is cracked up to be. Lots of noise from other tenants, loud music in cars day and night, people yelling in the parking lot in the middle of the night, just not "luxury apartments" like it advertises.

NO NO NO NO I have lived at The Carlisle for going on 3 months now. There is a lot of DRUG trafficing that goes on day and night. Other than that they are parties. Even the police officers have parties every weekend and the assistant manager sleeps with them. It is very unprofessional. I wouldnt

interesting fact Marion Ridge apartments are nice, however, the managers are rude and disrespectful to visiting family members and guest of the tenants. They even allow some tenants to play loud music.

Very well managed complex. Rules are enforced, garbage is picked up and not allowed to accumulate like other complexes, maintenance responds quickly to resolve issues, and really very quiet for a complex of this size.
Maintenance is very accessable on weekends as well as weekdays.
