Very slow refunding security deposit

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Moved July 2003, have made several calls reguarding deposit refund. Condo cleaned and left in good condition. Spoke with manager, don't know why I have not recieved refund. Given number to call Lynn (' responsible party) left message, call not returned.

Manager and staff very friendly and helpful
overall. Deposit of $200.00 paid along with $150.00 pet deposit of which $50.00 is non-refundable
