I have lived here for 6 months and it wasn't very enjoyable. When we first moved in we had problems with loud neighbors, and within the past few weeks there have been a few break ins. However, since there has been break ins, the management has gotten the Spring Lake police involved, so it seems the situation is under control. I had issues with the management. Also, I believe they have restrictions on aggressive breed dogs, but there are still quite a few residents with Rottweilers, Pit Bulls and Dobermans. It's just something to be aware of.

I think we didn't like living here because we just aren't cut out for living in apartments.
