Northpoint and Lake Charles can not be beat. Free Cable and Internet included in the rent!!!!!!!!! A lot of open space. A brand new swimming pool. Two new Playgrounds! Who could ask for more' I moved in whenit was owned by Wellons because it was cheap. I'm staying for all the new management has to offer. It may be an older community but for the price the extra's can not be matched.

This is not a resident. This has to be the manager that posted this. I completely disagree with everything said. It is cheap, but it's still not a great value for the price.
