I like living here. Yes it is an older community but thats why the rent is so reasonable. I moved in to save some money to pay off my bills and save for a home that I really want. For the price Northpoint can not be beat. With the cable and internet included I really can save for my home even faster. The office staff is always helpful and my work orders are done the same day. They are tring to listen to what the residents want. Large dogs are now allowed and with all the open space this is the right first step to saving for a new home.
