Very nice for the price

I am in the military and Northpoint is one of the few places around that doesn't jack up their prices to take advantage of the military. Yes it is a little older, but still very nice. Any problem I have ever had, maintenance has been here within a couple hours and usually within minutes. My neighbors are all nice and quiet. My wife and I love it here!
