I just moved in and I received a Free Dell laptop! This place it definatly worth checking out. The cable and internet is included in the rent. This is an older community, but well worth the price. I used to live at Lake Charles and the new management really fixed this place up and the leasing and maintenance crew is very helpful. I would recommend Northpoint and Lake Charles to anyone that is looking to save some money. I will say one thing they could move fast with installing the pool. they told me it would be open by Memorial Day but I'm positive it will be a few weeks late. It will be worth it in the end to have a new pool and not have to give up a butt load of money.
