Under civilized circumstances you would not hear your nieghbors; however, in the last year we have had numerous horrible, horrible people move in all around us. They have woken us up almost every day for months with loud music and screaming, and the staff has done next to nothing about it. Pounding on the door is also useless because the music is so loud that they can't hear you. Otherwise, it's a fairly decent place to live, just make sure you know your neighbors.
